About the Author Debi Pillarella, MEd, is the owner of BodyWorks, Inc., group hate theory and consultant to a number of fitness group hate theory and health programs. A fitness professional since 1980, Debi has focused on teaching step aerobics since 1989. Debi has received numerous awards in her field.
